Imagine the car ride home. Imagine my state, the girl who freaks out when her puppy catches cold and always jumps to death. Imagine Cheeni’s pain. Imagine it stung everywhere I touched him. Imagine being bullied and picked on. Imagine being this close to your death and accepting it almost. Imagine seeing yourself deteriorating as easily as the sand slips from your hand.
Our indies are no less than any breed dogs. They just need Love and care and they will be all yours. 🙂 Why don’t you try giving them a great life!?
They were starved, severely dehydrated, fighting terrible diseases and unloved. I remember the first time I pet Nicole, she squealed in horror. Today she has started to trust humans. Nicholas on the other hand wouldn’t have died of tick fever or distemper but in a car crash. My kids survived the roads, Distemper virus and Babesia Gibsoni.
